Legal Credit Hire Recoveries Role (Paralegal, Trainee Solicitor)
Location: Cheadle (hybrid working considered)
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Supportis Law is looking to appoint a new member to its legal team and to join our growing Credit Hire and Recoveries function, supporting the progression of recovery work and the development of in-house legal capability.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Para-Legal or an aspiring solicitor to build practical litigation and recoveries experience within a supportive and fast-paced legal environment.
The Role
During the training period, you will support a range of credit hire and recovery matters, including:
- Initial client contact and statement taking
- Supporting case progression and fee recovery activity
- Working with internal teams and external providers where required
- Developing experience in County Court processes
- Progressing toward a longer-term caseload, including personal injury work generated through the wider business
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A good understanding of legal and County Court processes
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in developing a career as a solicitor
- Confidence working in a professional legal environment
Training and Development
We are prepared to consider this role at Trainee level, and which would be supported by a formal Training Agreement. On successful completion of qualification, salary will be reviewed and adjusted to the appropriate post-qualification level in line with the role and market position at that time.
